GUOQING WU

CEO

Guoqing Wu is the CEO and founder of Pacific Sequoia. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering, and his professional experience includes working in leadership roles in the areas of engineering, marketing, and management for various Fortune 500 companies.

Mr. Wu founded Pacific Sequoia in 2016 to better serve international students in their pursuit of American Education.

Desmond Werrbach

CTO

Desmond Werrbach acquired a B.S. degree in Physics. After graduation, Desmond started to work at various web design companies. Over the years, he has developed different kinds of software for many industries.

Mr. Werrbach overseas all technical operations at Pacific Sequoia.

BARBIE DANGOND

PRODUCTION DIRECTOR

Barbie Dangond holds a BS in Bilingual and ESL Education, and an MS in Early Childhood Education from Western Illinois University. She also has earned an MBA from Pepperdine University.

Barbie has 20 years of experience teaching and designing program content for all ages of children, teens, and adults.

JOHN FINLEY

CHIEF INSTRUCTOR

John Finley holds a B.A. degree in English literature and a California Teaching Credential for English, Philosophy, Arts and the Humanities. He was granted an M.A. in Psychology from Phillips Graduate Institute.

John has taught English as a Second Language, Accent Reduction and Parenting Skills for over 30 years.
